Wheel of Life

In this exercise you will identify all the different PRIORITIES in your life. I.e. where are you spending all your time, thoughts, energy and money. 

Please choose 8 different priorities that you have in your life right now. Below is a list of examples to guide you through this process. This list is not exhaustive so if there are any priorities that are not listed below, please feel free to add them as one of your 8 priorities for your wheel. 

Priority area examples:

  • Family

  • Friends

  • Career/Work

  • Financial

  • Health & Vitality

  • Emotional well-being

  • Social life

  • Fun & recreation

  • Physical environment (where and how you are living and your surroundings)

  • Spiritual life

  • Travel

  • Work/Life Balance

  • Time Management

Label each of the 8 segments of your wheel with a different priority. (If easier than adding them to the wheel please list them in the table below).

On the wheel you will see 10 rings (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10). For each of the 8 priority segments on a scale of 1-10, where are you now? 

E.g. 0: I am dissatisfied in this area of my life or 10: I am completely satisfied 

Using a pen or marker, mark the number of rings that corresponds with your satisfaction of each priority area in your life. E.g. If a priority segment is “FRIENDS” and you have a satisfaction score of 7, then please colour in 7 rings of that segment. Again if easier please write in the table below.

Please complete and return this to me at least 24 hours before your first session.
